Do you agree to our guidelines?

1. Confidentiality

What is shared at the table stays at the table.

You are free to speak about your own experience after the session —but not about someone else’s story, identity, or personal details.

2. No fixing, no advice - Unless asked for

We are here to listen, not to solve. Resist the urge to offer advice, share what worked for you, or try to "help." Instead, listen. Acknowledge. Say "Thank you for sharing that."

3. No Judgements. Respect for Different Lives

Each person comes with a different history, context, and set of choices. Please have respect for other women's experiences that are different than yours - No one's life is the blueprint. No personal choice/ decision is the right one for everybody.

What feels right for you may not be right for someone else. We are not here to compare, correct, or convince. We are here to understand.

4. How We Speak and Listen
Be mindful not to dominate the conversation Listen without interrupting Allow others to finish their thoughts You are always free to pass if you prefer not to speak
5. Presence

To keep the conversation focused and uninterrupted, phones will be set aside during the session.

6. Timing

Please arrive 30 minutes before the session begins. This allows everyone to settle in, grab tea, and be present before we begin. We start on time, and our conversations wait for no one.

7. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 5 days in advance so your place can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the session are non-refundable.

7. Photography
We may take photos during the session—never faces without your explicit permission. If you prefer no photos at all, just let us know at the start. No explanation needed.
