What You’ll Do
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across different channels
Assist in organizing webinars, podcasts, digital events, and conference appearances
Help create and coordinate content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
Take part in employer branding initiatives and contribute to presenting our company culture in an authentic and professional way
Support the planning and coordination of internal company events and initiatives
Work closely with the Creative Director, HR, Sales, and other teams on campaign and communication activities
Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Support outreach activities, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives
Track campaign performance and help improve results through data and insights
Over time, gradually take ownership of smaller projects and marketing initiatives
You’re a Fit If You:
Have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, events, or a similar role
Want to build your career in B2B, IT, and digital marketing
Are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Enjoy coordinating tasks and collaborating with different teams
Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Are proactive, practical, and eager to learn
Are comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, Notion, LinkedIn, email platforms, and webinar/event tools
