◉参加登録後 / After registration 受付した旨のメールなどは送りません。当日、会場にお越しください。 また、会場の定員は37名です。申し込み後に参加ができないとわかった場合は、メールにてご一報いただけたら助かります。体調不良などやむを得ない場合のご連絡は不要です。 We will not send an confirmation email or any other notification. Please come to the venue on the day of the event. Also, the venue has a capacity of 37 people. If, after registering, you find that you are unable to attend, please let us know by email. You do not need to contact us in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as illness.
◉グラウンドルール / Ground rules ・会場で食事はできません。水分補給はOKです！ ・差別・ハラスメントしない。
・見た目でジェンダーや国籍などを決めつけない。
・こまったとき、こまっているような人をみかけたときは、相談してください。
・写真や動画をとるときやSNSにのせるときは、相手に許可をもらってください。
※ただし、妨害や暴力行為を見かけたときは、動画を撮って証拠を残します。 ・No food at the venue. You can drink soft drinks! ・No tolerance for discrimination and harassment. ・Do not make assumptions about a person’s gender, nationality, or other characteristics based on their appearance. ・If you are in trouble or see anyone in trouble, please inform us. ・Ask people before photographing or filming them. *However, if we witness disruptive or violent behavior, we will record a video to preserve evidence.

◉駐車場・駐輪場について / Parking for cars, motorbikes, and bicycles. 熊本市中央公民館の利用者は、車2時間、バイク4時間、自転車6時間まで減免があります。2階窓口で手続きをしてください。超過料金はご自分でご負担ください。また、満車の場合は近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。詳しくは、熊本市中央公民館へお問い合わせください。 Users of Kumamoto City Central Community Centre are entitled to a reduction in parking charges for up to 2 hours for cars, 4 hours for motorbikes and 6 hours for bicycles. Please complete the necessary formalities at the counter on the second floor. You will be responsible for any charges incurred for exceeding these time limits. If the car park is full, please use a nearby pay-and-display car park. For further details, please contact Kumamoto City Central Community Centre.
