🏀 PSH FALL LEAGUE 2026 Team Scheduling Conflict Form

To help us create the best possible schedule for the upcoming Prolific Sports House Fall Basketball League, please submit any known scheduling conflicts for your team.

We will do our best to accommodate requests submitted before the deadline; however, conflict requests are not guaranteed.

Please submit all known conflicts at one time.

Once the league schedule has been released, we will have very limited ability to make changes.

PSH will make every reasonable effort to accommodate submitted conflicts, but requests cannot be guaranteed due to gym availability, opponent schedules, division sizes, tournaments, and other scheduling factors.

Submitting a conflict does not automatically mean your team will receive that weekend off.

Our goal is to create a fair, organized schedule for every team in the league.
