Customer Insights Intern Start - Customer Strategy T3B

We are looking for a curious, people-oriented Customer Insights Intern to join our Customer Strategy team. If you enjoy understanding consumer behavior, engaging with real customers, and turning data into meaningful findings, this could be a great fit.

🔍 What you will do:

>Own the day-to-day engagement with members of our consumer community Club 3B, ensuring timely responses and a positive experience for all participants. >Support the design and execution of surveys and studies that feed into our customer intelligence function. >Contribute to the creation of community content that keeps Club 3B members active and engaged. >Monitor customer feedback across channels and flag key trends and alerts to the team. >Assist in building and maintaining social listening classifiers that help us track brand and category conversations at scale.

👀 What we are looking for:

>Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field (last 2–3 semesters) >Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging directly with consumers and building rapport. >Enthusiastic, people-oriented mindset with a genuine curiosity for understanding customer behavior. >Fluent in Spanish, English (written & spoken) is a plus. >Bonus: familiarity with social listening tools or community/VOC platforms.
