Join JamJam Team

JamJam is a video e-commerce and live shopping app with scam protection.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of JamJam in key African markets, assisting with vendor onboarding, logistics coordination, and platform quality assurance.
Help manage and communicate with our network of ambassadors and vendors, ensuring a smooth experience and addressing basic support inquiries.
Assist in organizing and executing local launch events, pop-ups, and community activations to drive user and seller engagement.
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to help identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and details effectively.
Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to engage directly with users, vendors, and team members on the ground.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and an eagerness to learn operational tools and processes.
Bonus: Previous internship, campus leadership, or project experience demonstrating logistical or operational coordination.

Compensation

Monthly Stipend: $100 - $250 USD per month
