2026 Summer Preschool Enrollment Form

Welcome to My Gym Summer Preschool!

We’re proud to offer our hands-on program designed to keep children engaged physically and intellectually throughout the summer. Each class includes an hour of academic learning and an hour of active gym time, providing a balanced experience that promotes physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth while having FUN. Using My Gym’s 40+ years of award-winning curriculum, we are experts at helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and stay active during the summer months.

Program Details:

• Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 13, 2026

(Follows the Davis County School District calendar with some exceptions)

• Registration Fee:

$35 non-refundable fee due at enrollment to secure your child’s spot

• What’s Included:

✔ Preschool classes starting at age 2.5 years

✔ Practice & Play (parent-supervised open gym time) ✔ Option to add-on Unlimited Gym classes for just $25!

Not quite Preschool age yet? Our Mini Preschool Prep class for 2-3 year olds is a great way to get your child started! This program is designed for younger children to build independence, social skills, and confidence through play-based learning and gym time - without the full preschool commitment.

Tuition every 4 weeks: 1 Day: $140 | 2 Days: $190 | 3 Days: $240 | 4 Days: $290

Enrollment Agreement: I would like to enroll my child at My Gym for 2026 Summer Preschool. I am financially responsible for this child and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Enrollment Agreement.
