🎯 Meta Ads Expert

What you’ll do:

▷ Plan, launch & scale Meta ad campaigns
▷ Test creatives, audiences & offers systematically
▷ Optimize for ROAS, CPA & LTV
▷ Coordinate with creative team for ad assets

• You’ve scaled ad accounts before • You understand creative testing deeply
• You think in systems, not random boosts

🎬 Video Editor (Reels, Shorts & Ads)

What you’ll do:

▷Turning raw clips into high-retention Reels & ads

Making the first 3 seconds irresistible

Repurposing long videos into bite-sized dopamine

Working with performance teams (yes, ads matter)
You’re perfect if:

• You think in hooks, pacing & retention.
• You’ve edited ads or viral-ish content before.
• You can show your work (screenshots don’t count)

What you’ll do:

▷ Analyze Meta & Google ad performance

Spot what’s working, what’s dying, and why

Build reports that founders actually read

Help decide what to scale (and what to kill)

• You know ROAS isn’t a personality trait
