Account and User Data Deletion – GYMGO

This page applies to the GYMGO mobile application and is provided by the GYMGO app developer.

Here you can request the deletion of your GYMGO user account and the associated personal data.

How to request account deletion:

1. Enter the email address used to register in the GYMGO application.

2. Submit the account deletion request using the form below.

3. If necessary, we may contact you by email to verify ownership of the email address.

4. Once verified, your account and related data will be deleted within the legally required timeframe.

Data that will be deleted:

Upon approval of the deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

- Your registered GYMGO user profile

- All personal data associated with your GYMGO account

Data retention

We do not retain any personal user data after account deletion.

If certain data must be retained due to legal or security obligations, it will be stored for a maximum of 30 days and deleted afterward.

I confirm that I am the owner of this email address and request the deletion of my GYMGO account and related personal data.

After submitting this form, your account deletion request will be reviewed.

If verification is required, we will contact you via email.

Once verified, your GYMGO account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
