By submitting this form, you confirm that all text, logos, names, artwork, photos, slogans, trademarks, and other materials provided by you are either owned by you or approved for your use. You are responsible for securing any permissions, licenses, or approvals needed for third-party materials, including company logos, school names, team names, event names, celebrity names, character names, copyrighted artwork, photography, and trademarks.

Joe Coffee Company may decline, edit, or cancel any custom label request that creates production concerns, brand concerns, legal risk, or potential copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights issues. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance or production.

You grant Joe Coffee Company and its production partners a limited right to use the materials you submit solely to review, design, proof, produce, fulfill, and keep records related to your custom coffee order. You retain ownership of the materials you submit.

Production begins only after final proof approval and payment. You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, logos, colors, layout, and other details before approving the proof. Approved custom orders are final and may not be canceled, refunded, or reprinted because of approved artwork or copy errors.
