Direct Response Video Editor Application

We're hiring a direct response video editor for performance marketing agency. This is not a role for cinematic edits or cute cuts. You edit ads built to convert. You understand hooks, pacing, music and tension, emotional editing, and buyer psychology. Your work is polished. No typos, no glitches. The effort you put into this application tells us how you work.

What you'll be producing:

- Visual hooks that stop the scroll instantly

- AI UGC and avatar A-roll that feels authentic, not robotic

- Realistic AI B-roll mixed seamlessly with real footage

- Claymation / animated ad formats

- VSL-style ads with clean pacing, music, and CTA flow

- Short-form direct response ads for Meta & TikTok

if you are an absolute killer and can communicate as if you're a creative strategist, this opportunity will open up a ton of doors for you.
