Baseline is a design systems practice centred around people. We work with brand and product teams from inside the problem — on the architecture, governance, adoption, and everything that makes a system hold up over time. We believe in leaving teams better than we found them, not just with a cleaner component library, but with better habits, clearer processes, and a stronger sense of how to maintain what they have built.
The people we bring in to work alongside us need to share that approach. That means caring about the team as much as the deliverable, communicating clearly when things are uncertain, and knowing when to push back and when to listen.
