🎯 The role: Customer Strategy Associate

As a Customer Strategy Associate, you will build Tiendas 3B’s customer intelligence function from scratch and shape how the organization understands, measures, and acts on customer needs. You will turn data and insights into strategic recommendations that influence assortment, pricing, innovation, loyalty, and store experience. This is a highly cross-functional role with direct exposure to Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, and the Strategy team.

🔍 What you will do:

> Act as the “voice of the customer,” ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with customer needs

> Drive cross-functional strategic projects and support senior stakeholders with insight-driven decision making > Build a unified view of our customers by integrating qualitative, quantitative, and social data 

> Develop the key frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that will guide our customer strategy 

> Identify customer trends, risks, and opportunities - and translate them into clear strategic actions for business units

> Lead customer studies, tests, and analyses that inform assortment, pricing, and product innovation

👀 What we are looking for:

> 2–4 years in analytics, strategy, marketing, consulting or market research (Retail/CPG a plus)      

> Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, Power BI; Python/R or SQL a plus)    

> Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations   

> Strong business judgment, structured thinking, and executive communication skills

> Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

> Bonus/extra-point: experience with VOC platforms (Alida, Qualtrics, Medallia) or social listening tools (Synthesio, Talkwalker, Brandwatch)
