Please use this form to enter either, or both of the racketball and/or squash Autumn handicap championships. Note that racketball takes place on Sun 25th Oct, and squash on Sun 1st Nov.
This form can only be used to enter a single participant. If you are registering multiple participants you will need to complete this form multiple times, once per participant.
Entry fees are £6.50 per championship for adults, and £3.50 per championship for juniors. Note that while there are differing entry fees for adults and juniors, they will play together. The handicaps ensure that playing level and ability are catered for, and everyone has a chance of winning.
