✨ Before You Order

A few things to know before we get started 💗💙

🕐 Turnaround Time: Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days to complete. Turnaround begins once your 50% deposit has been received and your design has been approved.

💳 Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance will be due before your order is shipped or picked up.

📦 Shipping: Orders will not be shipped until the remaining balance has been paid in full.
