This intake is for clients who want private local Japan experiences that may involve cultural context, local hosts, artisan visits, private lessons, neighborhood immersion, respectful introductions, translation, etiquette, or permission-sensitive access.

This is not a general sightseeing form. This desk is for experiences where the way the request is made matters.

Some doors may open. Some may not. Some should not be forced. Our role is to review feasibility, cultural fit, privacy, timing, host expectations, language needs, and the safest support path before outreach or execution begins.

Scheduling note

For private companion, reset, dining, and high-discretion support, earlier planning gives us more room to protect the quality of the request.

As a safe rule, we generally suggest one month of advance notice when possible. Requests one week before the target date may still be possible depending on scope and availability. Rush or emergency-style requests with target execution dates within 3 days of intake may require rush premium fees on a case-by-case basis because the calendar becomes less forgiving and resource allocation becomes more intensive.
