NBS Summer 2026 Project Cycle

Project lengths: ~6-8 weeks

Start date: June 2026

Required commitment: ~5 hours per week

Project structure: ~3 client meetings, with the final meeting being used for presenting the project deliverable

Meetings: Online

Team format: 1 project manager and 3-5 consultants

Project format: Pro-bono

The case task for consultants will be sent via email. An additional stage for project managers involving interviews may be used. NBS may not send formal rejection emails as all applicants are reconsidered for future cycles.

Project Managers are responsible for supporting project work, as well as creating and distributing weekly workflows among the team to ensure project completion, and leading client meetings. Consultants complete assigned workflows.
