CANCELLATION POLICY
Vendor participation is not confirmed upon application submission. If approved, vendors will receive an official acceptance email along with a vendor agreement. Once the agreement is signed and the vendor fee is paid, your spot is secured. At that point, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event (after 7PM on February 18th, 2026) will result in the forfeiture of your full vendor fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations without written notice may affect eligibility for future events.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit transfer, subject to organizer approval.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [insert contact email].
