Your space: £115, including electricity, plus photos and content of your space to use in your own marketing
Applications close: Friday 13 November 2026
Our decision: by Friday 20 November 2026, with an invoice if your application is accepted
Payment: due within 14 days of your invoice. Your space is confirmed once accepted and paid.
Who'll be there: We're promoting the day through organic outreach across My Wedding Vibe and Wild Soul Wedding Co, and Abbotsbury will be sharing it with their lists and socials too. We can't promise numbers, and we're not chasing them. This is about getting the right people in the room: couples of every background, faith, ability and identity, whoever they love, and suppliers who will welcome each of them warmly and without judgement. There will also be a quiet hour for neurodivergent and anxious couples, and anyone who would like a calmer visit.
We review every application to keep the supplier mix balanced. Applying does not guarantee a place.
We ask every exhibitor to be open and candid about pricing.
Apply first, paperwork after acceptance: you do not need to upload documents to apply. If accepted, we'll ask for your public liability certificate and signed exhibitor terms.
