Important Information

This application is required for all prospective homes wishing to adopt a kitten from Mythical Dream Maine Coon Cattery.

Its purpose is to assess suitability, lifestyle compatibility, and overall preparedness for one of my kittens. Placement is not based on a first come, first served basis. Each kitten is placed in the home best suited to its individual temperament and needs.

Pet insurance is strongly recommended. Each kitten goes home with a 30-day complimentary Trupanion insurance trial, providing immediate coverage and allowing time to arrange continued coverage.

Answer all questions honestly and thoroughly. Incomplete applications will not be considered.


Adoption Process Clarification

This application is the first step only in the adoption process.

Approval of an application does not reserve a kitten, does not guarantee placement, and does not initiate a contract. If your application is approved and you wish to proceed, you must formally request a contract. 

A kitten is considered reserved only once a completed contract has been signed and the reservation-to-adopt fee has been received.
