Meditation group

Hi friends! I'm looking to run meditation group again, especially as things warm up in NYC.

Let me know what day you'd be interested in, as well as anything else that might be beneficial to offer/include. I'm looking to run it either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on interest.

Location: Greenpoint (also potentially McGolrick/McCarren Park nearby, and other places around the city depending on the vibes/desire/connection to a particular practice)
Format (experimental, i.e. open to change/including different things): - Introduction to meditation method(as necessary) - meditate (15-30 mins, roughly) - "dharma talk" (i.e. sharing something meditation-related I read that resonated with me/feels important to contemplate as part of practice) - hang and chat afterwards, potentially with snacks
For the curious, I'll be drawing from Opening Awareness and my own practices
