EUDIS Matchmaking - DAIMEX Baltic

We invite you to apply for our next onsite EUDIS Matchmaking event – DAIMEX Baltic 2026, taking place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on May 12, 2026.

The deadline to apply is April 19.

DAIMEX 2026 (Defence & Security Innovation Conference) is a high-level defence event focused on investment in defence technologies, capability development, and strengthening NATO’s Eastern Flank.

The conference brings together political leadership, military representatives, investors, corporates, and innovators in a single-track format covering:

Strategic Industrial Policy | EU and Baltics defence needs, national industrial strategies and support to the regional defence industrial ecosystem.

NATO Adaptation | Addressing NATO’s adaptation to emerging and disruptive technologies (EDTs) and regional security needs.

Battlefield Capability | Practical focus on Air & Missile Defence, Counter-UAS, and the scaling of autonomous systems in modern operational contexts.

Industrial Cooperation | Facilitating partnerships and connections between innovators and corporates through a dedicated platform to accelerate the delivery of mission-critical solutions.

Event Format & Structure

DAIMEX 2026 is designed for high-level engagement through a multi-layered program:

High-Level Conference (12 May) | Panel discussions with political and military leaders focusing on the transition from the European Defence Industrial Strategy (EDIS) to operational readiness.

Defence Innovation Night (12 May) | An exclusive EUDIS side event for curated networking and startup-investor matchmaking. 

Industry Exposition (13 May) | An on-site exhibition showcasing the lastest dual-use and defence technologies from across Europe.

Live Operational Demonstrations (13 May) | Field validation of UAS, C4ISR, and mobility solutions at the Pabradė training area.

What we offer as EUDIS Matchmaking

As part of the programme, EUDIS Matchmaking will organise Defence Innovation Night*. An exclusive side event where selected innovators will receive:

Access to the event | 1 ticket to DAIMEX 2026 (for one company representative).

Pitching opportunity | Possibility for 10 innovators to pitch during the “EUDIS Matchmaking: Defence Innovation Night” side event in front of approximately 100 stakeholders, including investors, corporates, and end-users.

Structured matchmaking | Support in setting up relevant B2B meetings during the Conference.

Other applicants would be invited to join the “Defence Innovation Night” within the limit of available spots.

*Please note: 

- Travel and accommodation costs for the onsite event are not covered by EUDIS.

- Only a limited number of companies will be selected to join the event, as part of the EUDIS Matchmaking delegation.

- Active participation in matchmaking is expected.
