Technical Project Manager - Generative Studio

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to help drive execution across our AI-driven SaaS products. This role is for someone who can keep projects moving end-to-end while speaking the same language as engineers. You don’t need to code daily, but you do need to understand SaaS architecture, technical feasibility, and how to ship reliably. You’ll work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and QA to keep priorities clear, timelines realistic, and releases smooth.
Location - Remote (some overlap with EU business hours required)
Key Responsibilities - Own project planning and delivery across multiple workstreams (web app, backend services, AI workflows) - Translate high-level goals into clear scopes, milestones, and actionable tickets - Coordinate execution with developers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly - Evaluate technical feasibility, trade-offs, and risks in collaboration with the engineering team - Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking (Linear)
- Track delivery effort vs estimates and help ensure projects stay within budget and scope - Manage timelines, dependencies, and blockers across the team - Coordinate releases and ensure smooth handoffs between development and QA - Ensure project documentation stays up to date (requirements, workflows, decisions) - Communicate status updates proactively to stakeholders (progress, risks, next steps) - Continuously improve project workflows, delivery cadence, and team coordination
Qualifications - Strong experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Technical PM for software products
- Strong ownership mindset around delivery timelines, scope control, and cost/budget awareness - Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding: - APIs and integrations - database-backed SaaS systems - authentication/authorization basics - deployment/release workflows - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment - Proficient in English (C1)
Nice to have - Experience managing AI/ML product delivery (LLMs, voice agents, workflow automation) - Familiarity with modern web stacks and tooling - Ability to review PR-level changes at a high level (architecture impact, scope, risk) - Experience with product ownership and roadmap planning - Experience with QA processes and release validation
Employment Terms - Position available for 20–30 hours per week with a 3-month trial period
- Ideally, a transition to full-time (40 hours per week) after trial period
