Summer/Fall 2026-27 Vendor Application, 32nd Street Farmers Market

Thank you for your interest in the 32nd Street Farmers Market. We are a year-round Saturday market (7:00 AM–12:00 PM) at 400 E. 32nd St, Baltimore, MD 21218, serving the Waverly and Abell neighborhoods since 1980.

Winter/Spring 2026-27 Season

Dates: November 28th, 2026 - May 22nd, 2027

Application Window: September 1 - October 1

Application Fee: $25 (required and non-refundable).

Season Payments Due: If accepted, vending fees are due in full by November 15, 2026. Incomplete or late payments may result in forfeiture of your space.

Selection is competitive; space is limited.

Currently full: Bakers, Produce Farmers, Beverage Vendors, Made-to-Order Foods.

Priority given to: Unique products not currently at the market and Maryland-based businesses.

Producer Only: No re-selling of purchased products is permitted. Exception made for produce vendors only during the Winter season.

No new vendors requiring more than a 12 x 12 space. Only Existing/Returning vendors are permitted to apply for larger spaces.

Vendor Rates (Per 12x12 Space)

Full-Time (Every Saturday):$835
Part-Time (Every Other Saturday):$420
Vendors requiring more than one 12x12 space will be charged per additional space. This option is only available to existing/returning vendors.

Food - Prepared or packaged food and beverages.

Service - On-site or mobile services (Knife Sharpening, Bike Repair)

Craft - Handmade goods and artisan products. (Textiles, Jewelry, Art, Home Goods, Pet Products, Books)

Body - Personal care and wellness items.

Provide the address(es) for your production facility or farm where your product is grown or made. In the Winter/Spring season only, farm vendors may supplement their offerings with re-selling.

Single space, 10 x 10 canopy within a 12 x 12 space

Double space, maximum of two 10 x 10 canopies within 23 x 12 space

Triple space, maximum of three 10 x 10 canopies within a 25 x 12 space

Are you applying for FT or PT status:

FT vendor - every Saturday from November 28th, 2026 - May 29th, 2027

PT Vendor - 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month

PT Vendor - 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month

PT Vendor - every other week, no scheduling preference

We are not able to guarantee access to electricity for any vendors. Please indicate that you understand and can operate without electricity

Please upload your complete product list. You may only sell approved products. Any products you wish to add during the season must be approved in advance.

Submit proof of valid business insurance. Before the market opens all accepted vendors will be required to submit a current COI which lists the following as additionally insured: 32nd Street Farmers Market, 400 East 32nd Street, Baltimore, MD 21218. If you have this document already, please submit it now. If not, submit a standard proof of insurance.

All food vendors must be properly licensed. Submit your current food facility licensing here. Cottage foods vendors, submit your product list for verification.

Cottage foods vendors MAY NOT sell:

- Refrigerated or Perishable Items: Cheesecakes, cream pies, custard or meringue pies, and pastries with cream cheese or buttercream icings/fillings.

- Acidified or Fermented Foods: Pickles, salsa, hot sauce, sauerkraut, and kombucha.

- Low-Acid Canned Goods: Canned vegetables or meat/poultry products.

- Other Prohibited Items: Beverages, nut butters, soft candies/fudge, fresh-cut fruit, syrups, and dehydrated vegetables or herbs.

- You supply everything you need to operate. Tent, tables, chairs, tent weights, signage, and enough staff to set up and break down your space.

- Valid business insurance and all relevant permits must be on file before you operate.

- Timely payment is required. All fees are due by November 15, 2026. Late payment forfeits your spot.

- You follow the rules. Vendor Operating Guidelines apply to every market day. Guidelines may be updated and will be shared in that instance; you're responsible for staying current.
