PHYSICAL INJURY: At recess and lunchtimes, the playground has equipment that has the potential to cause physical injury if it is used in a reckless way. Teachers will be supervising at all times to minimise any injuries.

STUDENT BEHAVIOUR: I understand that in the event of my child's misbehaviour or behaviour that poses a danger to himself/herself or others during the camp, that he/she may be sent home. In these circumstances, I understand that I will be informed and their return will be my responsibility.

CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS: I understand that the director may need to cancel or alter excursion arrangements at short notice, for safety reasons or due to circumstances beyond the control of the school, and while the director will try to minimise inconvenience or financial losses to parents, these may be unavoidable.

I have read all of the above information provided by the school in relation to the 'Suzuki Summer Camp 2026.' I give permission for my child to attend.
