If selected to participate in the Spooky Sweet Tooth Crawl, I agree to participate on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:00 AMā4:00 PM.
I understand that my acceptance means I am committing to this date and time. If something comes up and I am no longer able to attend, I agree to notify Montiās Munchies no later than October 10, 2026, so we have enough time to adjust the crawl and make other arrangements.
If I need to cancel after October 10, 2026, I understand that I am still responsible for providing my previously agreed-upon crawl samples to Montiās Munchies that week. This allows Montiās Munchies to create a designated table/display for my business so that Spooky Sweet Tooth Crawl participants can still discover and sample my products even though I am unable to attend in person.
I understand that this requirement helps us provide a consistent experience for crawlers and ensures that participating businesses are still represented even when last-minute circumstances arise.
The Sweet Tooth Crawls are more than just events, itās building community.
Montiās Munchies is built around kindness, creativity, inclusion, and supporting one another. By participating in the Spooky Sweet Tooth Crawl, I agree to treat fellow bakers, vendors, organizers, customers, and community members with kindness and respect.
I understand that this is a community-over-competition event. There is room for everyone, and we want every participating business to feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, gossip intended to harm others, intimidation, or intentionally disrespectful behavior toward another vendor or participant will not be tolerated.
I understand that Montiās Munchies reserves the right to remove a participant from the event or future events if their behavior goes against these community values.
