Linktree is being shit, eh? Yeah. I've seen a few authors say they wish they had an alternative. I can't promise that this is everything you will want it to be, but I can make you a quick and dirty link list site showing off up to five books and up to 10 links. If you have a mailing list sign up form you want me to embed, I can do that, too, or anything else that you want me to embed (up to two embeds, even kofi donation widget). I can give you a CNAME record, too, so you can have it point to your own domain, it will also be a subdirectory on https://animus.ink
I am rather busy, so I am limiting this to just ten people for now. I especially want to do this for people who are low on cash / income and can't afford something like Squarespace. If enough people like it, I will find a way to open it up to more people.
I can't promise I can update links quickly, so I suggest using a free link shortener service that you can edit yourself. So you use Short.io or Bitly to enter your direct store link, and then give me the shortened url. That way if you need to update it, you just update it in bitly or Short.io. But if there is something you really need changed—like a cover, a title, or you want to add another book, you can email me. I just can't promise it will be updated immediately.
If you use Itchio, you will get cool little buy box pop-outs so people don't have to leave the page.
