Thank you for your interest in the Venture Readiness Lab.

The Venture Readiness Lab is a six-week implementation-focused pilot designed for founders who are actively building their businesses and want to strengthen the operational, revenue, and financial foundations that support sustainable growth.

This is not a traditional training program, accelerator, or funding opportunity. The Lab is designed for founders who are willing to implement, test, document, and improve the systems underneath their business.

The pilot cohort will meet virtually each week from June 24 through July 31, 2026. Participation is free through support from NC IDEA ENGAGE.

Because this is a pilot cohort, participation is limited. Applications will be reviewed to identify founders who are most likely to benefit from the experience and contribute to the pilot learning process.

Before final cohort selection, all applicants will be asked to complete the Venture Readiness Check-In if they have not already done so.
