BECOME A BARTENDER (an independent Energy Advisor) - To become an independent Energy Advisor—or what we call a "Bartender" at The Energy Bar—you’ll take the lead in the energy transition by leveraging the powerful BAM (Business Account Manager) app. Through our strategic platform partnership, you gain access to an analytical suite equipped to manage both commercial and residential energy solutions while our fulfillment partner handles the heavy lifting of technical enrollment and regulatory compliance. This structure allows you to focus purely on the "Bartending"—providing high-level service and expert advice to your clients.
Getting started requires a one-time setup fee of $59, which grants you full access to the BAM app and the proprietary energy-saving tools in our backend office; a small investment that The Energy Bar paid to get started as well. To ensure you are fully prepared and compliant with all state legal requirements, you must complete and pass a mandatory certification test. Once certified, you unlock a robust compensation model with 9 different ways to earn income, including weekly payments and residual income for every electric bill paid by your clients.
