luma.com/r3hn58qiHow we pick: the first 5 portfolios submitted get reviewed. The other 5 we draw at random from everyone else, live in the session. So submit even if you only see this late. Submissions stay open until the session starts.
Who it's for: the session is for senior and staff product designers. Junior and mid-level designers can submit too, and will also benefit from the session, but we will try to stay consistent with leveling.
How we review: we open your portfolio the way a recruiter or a hiring manager would. That keeps our opinion as unbiased as we can make it.
