Empire City Garrison - Holocron Costume Update Form

Full Name

Costume name (as it appears on the CRL)

Designation and ID (ex. TI-35487, TK-93983, etc.)

IMAGE 1: Full Costume Image

Your image must have a plain background, ample lighting, and show the full costume. It must not include anything that is not approved in the CRL, and blasters or other prop weapons must not be pointed at the camera.

File name: Name the image with your ID and costume designation in this format: TI-98777-FULL. Use the correct two-letter designation for the costume you are submitting (for example, TI-, TK-, DZ-, or SL-).

Quality and size: High-quality images are required, typically 2MB or larger. Images downloaded from Facebook will not be accepted because their quality is too low. The maximum file size is 10MB.

IMAGE 2: Headshot

Your headshot may be in or out of costume, and with or without a helmet or headgear. If you submit a full-costume photo, it will be cropped as needed.

File name: Name the image with your ID and costume designation in this format: TI-98777-HEADSHOT. Use the correct two-letter designation for the costume you are submitting (for example, TI-, TK-, DZ-, or SL-).
