Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Work Arrangement: Full-time, Work From Office
Work Week: 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Team members receive 2 rotational weekdays off.
Shift Timings: Flexible based on operational requirements
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The Role
As an Associate - Research & Commerce, you'll be responsible for making things happen.
From sourcing products and services to coordinating vendors and solving last-minute
requests, you'll become the execution engine behind some of the busiest households in the
country. Speed, reliability, attention to detail, and resourcefulness are the foundations of
success in this role.
What You'll Own
Household Requests
● Own the end-to-end execution of member requests with speed, accuracy, and care.
● Ensure every request is fulfilled seamlessly by coordinating purchases, deliveries.
Research & Vendor Discovery
● Source products, services, vendors, and solutions
● Compare options and make recommendations
● Build a trusted network of suppliers and partners
Coordination & Follow Through
● Work closely with cooks, cleaners, technicians, delivery partners, and vendors
● Track progress and ensure commitments are met
● Resolve issues before they impact members
Process Improvement
● Document workflows and learnings
● Identify recurring issues and operational gaps
● Help build scalable systems and playbooks
What We're Looking For
● 0–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, concierge, customer experience,
executive assistance, or related fields
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English preferred
● High ownership and proactive problem-solving ability
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
