Applicants must meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements:
• Be a U.S. citizen or Guam permanent resident.
• Be either an incoming junior at the University of Guam (UOG) or an incoming sophomore
at Guam Community College (GCC).
• Be enrolled full-time (12 or more credits).
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Be of good moral character and have no criminal record.
