Fees per delegate: Rs 4000
Fees per delegation (paid once by team): Rs 5000
Location: Karachi Grammar School, College Section
Dates: 6th to 8th August
There are a maximum of 11 delegates per delegation and a minimum of 4.
Ensure that you have an even number of delegates for the double-delegate committees DISEC and/or JCC.
Each of the 3 preferences listed must be different from each other. Failure to do so will lead to randomised allocation of committees.
If you cannot provide your CNIC number written on your CNIC Card or Smart Card, then provide your identification number written on your Passport or B Form
YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM ONCE PER DELEGATION THAT YOU ARE SENDING.
When you fill in the School Information, use the example below:
School Name: Karachi Grammar School
Delegation Name: KGS Team A
Delegation Number: 1
If you have multiple delegations per school, Team A would be Delegation Number 1, Team B would be Delegation Number 2 etc.
IMPORTANT POINTS IN THE EQUITY POLICY
Institution uniforms representing the delegate’s school will NOT be allowed
Every delegate must pay the registration fee within the given deadline; else will face disqualification from the conference
Formal attire (suits, button-down shirts) or even shalwar kameez (optional only for PNA delegates) must be worn
Vapes or any electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited
Delegates must not record, take photos or use electronic devices during the committee session.
Delegates must adhere to the Equity Policy of KGSMUN V (provided below); otherwise, a delegate or delegation may be disqualified
