By purchasing personal training services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Minimum Commitment All new clients are subject to a minimum commitment of two (2) months from the agreed start date. During this initial period, sessions and payments remain due regardless of attendance.

Personal training is charged at a fixed rolling monthly rate. The monthly fee remains the same regardless of whether a calendar month contains four or five weeks. This structure allows sessions to be averaged across the year and enables me to take some annual leave, with notice always given in advance. Pricing is calculated across the full year and divided into equal monthly payments.

Following the initial two-month commitment, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to terminate your training. Notice must be provided via email or another agreed written method. Payments remain due during the notice period.

- If you are unable to attend a booked session or choose to reschedule, the session will be forfeited and there will be no refunds.

- If you wish to reschedule a SGPT session you must give 2 hours notice except in certain circumstances, please contact the coach to let them know and discuss.

- If I need to cancel a session, I will always provide as much notice as possible and will reschedule the session or provide credit where appropriate.

- If you provide reasonable notice, I will always try to offer an alternative time or swap with another client where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

- If you no-show to a session, the credit will be used and you will not be able to redeem this back against your credits

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee remains payable. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be treated as a no-show and forfeited.

Payments must be made on the agreed billing date each month via the agreed payment method. Late payments may result in suspension of sessions until the outstanding balance is cleared. Continued late payment may result in termination of services. Payments are non-refundable if block cannot be completed, but may be carried over at my discretion.

You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in exercise and agree to inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health. You understand that participation in physical activity carries inherent risk and you agree to train at your own discretion.
