A corporate running programme — would you buy it?

We're testing an idea: a 12-week coached programme that takes a group of employees — mostly non-runners — from the start line to a 10K, with before/after measurement. Before we build it, we want honest input from the people who'd actually buy something like this. Seven questions, about two minutes. There are no right answers — candid is more useful than kind.
