Momentrum Privacy Policy

Momentrum (“Momentrum”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides content-creation services through Telegram and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
When you register for Momentrum, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, content niche, preferred platform and country. When you connect to Momentrum on Telegram, we may also receive information needed to operate the bot, such as your Telegram chat or user identifier and information associated with your interaction with the bot.
We also store information necessary to provide the service, including your plan, subscription status, credit balance, content recommendations, selected ideas, generated or delivered content, purchases, payment status and service activity.
How we use your information
We use this information to register and identify your account, personalize content recommendations, deliver scripts and other Momentrum products, process and record purchases, manage subscriptions and credits, prevent duplicate or unauthorized activity, provide support, maintain the service and improve Momentrum.
Services that process information
Momentrum relies on service providers to operate. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed through services used for registration, automation, database hosting, Telegram messaging, payments, document creation, carousel generation, video generation and other infrastructure. We share information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate Momentrum or when required by law.
Payments may be processed through Telegram or other payment providers used by Momentrum. We do not need to store your full payment-card details when those details are handled directly by the payment provider. Payment records and transaction status may be stored so we can provide purchased services and maintain account records.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Momentrum, maintain legitimate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and comply with applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may stop using Momentrum at any time. Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.
Momentrum is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to consent to use of online services in their jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Momentrum develops. The current version will be made available through an official Momentrum channel or public policy page, with the effective date shown above.
