Terms & Conditions | 課程條款與細則

By enrolling in the official Ikenobo Certificate Course track at Maison Kanga, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the following academic, logistical, and financial policies.

報名應考 Maison Kanga 池坊官方認證證書課程之學生，即視為完全理解、同意並承諾遵守以下關於學術、課務及財務之各項守則。

1. Academic Rigor & Certification Requirements (課程學術指標與發證資格)

The 10-Lesson Mandate: To qualify for an official Ikenobo Certificate issued by the Headquarters in Kyoto, Japan, students must fully attend and complete all ten (10) distinct lessons within the selected module curriculum.

Attendance Tracking: Attendance is recorded systematically by Maison Kanga. Partial attendance, uncompleted arrangements, or unnotified absences will not count toward the formal graduation quota.

10堂課程出席要求： 學生必須完整出席並修滿該單元大綱內之十（10）堂獨立課程，方具備向日本京都池坊總部申請官方認證證書之完整資格。

出席紀錄： 工作室將系統化記錄出席率。凡遲到早退、未完成作品或未按程序改期之缺課者，該堂課將不計入正式畢業與發證名額之計算。

2. Attendance, Rescheduling & Supplementary Class Fees (考勤、改期與補課費用機制)

Strict operational boundaries apply:

工作室將嚴格執行以下改期與補課限制：

Advance Notice Protocol: Any request to reschedule a studio lesson must be submitted via WhatsApp at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or absences informed less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the class will result in the immediate deduction of one (1) lesson from the student's 10-lesson module package.

The Supplementary Fee: Because completing all 10 distinct designs is a strict mandate for the Ikenobo qualification, students who incur a late cancellation will be required to pay an additional fee of HK$680 for a mandatory supplementary make-up session to recover the missed progress and fulfill the attendance requirement.

Botanical Material Handling: The perishable botanical materials pre-ordered for a late-cancelled session will be held at the studio for 24 hours for the student to collect if they wish, after which they will be responsibly disposed of.

Supplementary Limit & Allocation: A maximum of two (2) approved supplementary classes (with proper 48-hour advance notice) are permitted per 10-lesson module, subject strictly to studio calendar and table availability.

Course Validity Window: To maintain artistic and curriculum consistency, all 10 lessons (including any paid or eligible make-up sessions) must be completed within six (6) months from the initial date of enrollment. Unused lessons beyond this window will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.

Bespoke Private Atelier (In-Home) Policy: For private premium one-on-one sessions arranged at a residential estate, cancellation or rescheduling requests require a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours notice due to dedicated travel, custom material scouting, and architectural logistical blocking.

提前通知常規： 任何改期申請，必須於原定上課時間前至少 四十八（48）小時 透過 WhatsApp 正式提出。

逾期取消與堂數扣減： 凡於上課前 少於四十八（48）小時 內提出的取消、改期申請或無故缺席者，該堂課將被直接扣除（即扣減該單元 10 堂課套票中之 1 堂）。

強制補課規費： 由於修滿 10 堂不同設計架構是申請池坊證書的硬性規定，因逾期取消而被扣課的學生，必須另行額外支付港幣 HK$680 元之補課費用以補回該堂進度，方能滿足官方證書之出席率與申領資格。

花材特別處理： 為該逾期取消堂數預訂之進口花材，可在工作室保留 24 小時供學生自行取回；逾時因花材易腐性將作棄置處理。

補課次數上限： 每套（10堂）證書單元中，在符合 48 小時前通知的前提下，學生最多僅可申請 兩（2）次 免費改期補課。所有補課時間之安排需視乎工作室當季課表空缺而定。

課程有效期： 為確保學術進度之流暢與連貫，所有10堂課程（包括付費補課或符合資格之改期）必須自報名之日起 六（6）個月內 完成。逾期未使用的堂數將自動失效，不予順延、亦不予退款。

3. Financial Framework & Refund Exclusion (付款、取消與退款排他政策)

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Once payment is confirmed and received, all fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances

Operational Commitment: We cannot accommodate refunds or credits for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal from the course track.

一經付款，絕不退款： 課程學費一經確認並成功收取，所有費用在任何情況下均一律不予退款、亦不得轉讓予他人。

商業運營承諾：閑雅舎不接受任何因個人時間改動、心意改變、移民或中途退學而提出的退款、轉讓或折抵申請。

4. Separate Collection of Certification Fees (總部證書費獨立收取)

Exclusion from Tuition: Course tuition fees cover high-end instructional hours, venue and learning-grade seasonal materials. Tuition fees do not include the official credentialing fees.

Kyoto Headquarter Regulations: The administrative, examination, and issuance fees for official certificates are determined exclusively by the Ikenobo Headquarters in Kyoto, Japan. These fees are collected separately and sequentially upon the successful completion of the 10th lesson, right before the formal credential application is dispatched to Japan.

Application Finality: Once the certificate application fee is processed and submitted to the Kyoto headquarters, it is entirely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

學費不包含證書費： 課程學費僅涵蓋課堂導師指導、場地使用及課堂所用之當季花材。學費並不包含官方證書的核發與申請費。

日本總部證書費： 池坊官方憑證之行政與發證費用由日本京都池坊總部統一制定。此費用將於學生成功修滿 10 堂課程、正式向日本提交申請前，由閑雅舎獨立向學生另行收取。

申請之終局性： 證書申請費用一旦經由閑雅舎收取並提交至京都總部處理，不論任何原因，日本總部及工作室皆一律不予退款或轉讓。

5. Governance & Property Protection (一般守則與資產維護)

Punctuality: Students are advised to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Classes will start promptly to respect the focus, timing, and energetic space of all attendees.

Material Care: Studio tools, containers, vases and kenzans are the exclusive properties of Maison Kanga and are for class use only, unless purchased separately by the student. Any negligent damage to studio property may result in a replacement fee.

準時出席： 建議學生提前 5–10 分鐘到達上課地點。課程將準時開始，以尊重每位出席學生的專注時間與空間。

資產維護： 工作室內提供之日本進口專業剪刀、經典花器、花瓶及劍山等工具均屬 Maison Kanga 之專屬資產，僅限課堂教學使用（另外付費購買除外）。凡因人為疏忽導致工作室資產嚴重損壞者，需照價賠償。

6. Data Privacy (個人資料與隱私) Your data is collected solely for the purpose of course coordination and the Maison Kanga CRM. We treat your information with the same care as our blooms; it will never be shared with third parties.
個人資料僅用於課程協調及閑雅舎客戶管理。我們將以守護花木之心保護您的隱私，絕不向第三方洩露。
7. Documentation (影像記錄) We may take photographs during the session for social media and our brand archive. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us upon arrival.
課間導師會進行影像記錄，用於分享社交媒體發佈及品牌存檔。如不希望入鏡，請於到場時告知。
8. Right of Decision (最終決定權) In the event of any dispute regarding the workshop, bookings, or promotional offers, Maison Kanga reserves the right to the final decision.
