BEFORE THE DEADLINE of April 19, 2027
Your registration fee for the whole team is due at the time of registration*, even if you don't have all the team member names as yet. A team consists of a helmsperson, a drummer, and 10 paddlers with 2 persons on reserve. The minimum number of persons on a team is 10. (*International teams will be allowed to pay in person if they are unable to Zelle/e-transfer funds)
TEAM & MANAGER INFORMATION - This is all required information. It is recommended you put two phone numbers, if you have them, to make sure we can reach you. A Whatsapp number is much preferred. You won't be contacted by phone unless it's important (for last-minute schedule changes, for example)
During your attendance at this event, photographs and video may be taken of you and your team by Bahamas Chinese Dragon Boat Association (BCDBA) or others on behalf of the BCDBA. By registering and attending this event, you hereby grant us permission to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your image and likeness at the event and the right to distribute and use for any lawful purpose (including commercial publications and marketing materials) without payment. This grant to BCDBA includes the right to edit such media, use the media alone or together with other information, and allow others to use or disseminate the media. All media will become the property of BCDBA.
All players on team must be at or under the age by May 1, 2027
PADDLER REGISTRATION - You can START team registration with the names of at least four members, but a full team MINIMUM is 10 members. Maximum team is 14 members - 1 Helmsperson, 1 Drummer, 10 Paddlers, 2 Persons on Reserve. Enter names, gender, and ages below.
NOTE: The age of the team member is as of May 1, 2027.
Roster becomes "official" after May 1, 2027. Thereafter, any changes will follow the OFFICIAL RULES and REGULATIONS OF THE BAHAMAS CHINESE DRAGON BOAT ASSOCIATION. Any changes before that date do not count towards those limitations. PLEASE HAVE EACH MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM SIGN A WAIVER FORM at the bottom of this form. Thank you!
