The Role
As our Ssr./Sr. Full-Stack Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of digital tools and web platforms. One of your key responsibilities will be contributing to build Radica's agri-tech platform, focused on regenerative agriculture and carbon farming.
What you’ll do
▪️ Develop and maintain full-stack web applications used by real users and communities.
▪️ Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
▪️ Develop and evolve frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
▪️ Implement and maintain authentication, user management, roles, and permissions.
▪️ Design and manage databases and data models for collaborative platforms.
▪️ Translate product and domain needs into robust technical solutions.
▪️ Contribute to technical decisions around architecture, performance, and scalability.
▪️ Ensure code quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
About you
We are looking for a Ssr developer who is comfortable taking ownership of features and working with autonomy.
▪️ 3+ years of professional experience working with Node.js and TypeScript.
▪️ 3+ years of experience with React, including Next.js.
▪️ Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs in production environments.
▪️ Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including data modelling and migrations.
▪️ Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorisation flows.
▪️ Used to working on evolving products, making trade-offs, and shipping reliable solutions.
▪️ Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
Nice to have
▪️ Experience building community platforms, dashboards, or user-driven applications.
▪️ Familiarity with cloud environments, containerisation, or CI/CD workflows.
▪️ Interest in sustainability, agri-food systems, or technology with real-world impact.
