The Angel Venture Fair & Expo brings early-stage companies together with active angel investors at the Union League of Philadelphia on Monday, December 7, 2026. The event is presented by Inuksuk Ventures and the Cottrell Entrepreneurship Center at West Chester University.
**Before you begin, please read the following:**
• There is no fee to apply. Companies selected to present pay a $950 participation fee.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The deadline is November 15, 2026.
• Forty companies will be selected to present, each given opportunity to deliver a rapid 60 second elevator pitch.
• Selection has two stages: this written application, followed by a 15-minute video call for companies that advance.
• Applications are reviewed by a selection committee drawn from Inuksuk Ventures, the Cottrell Center, and select West Chester University students.
• **AVF&E does not sign non-disclosure agreements.** Please do not include information you are not prepared to share.
This application takes most founders 10-15 minutes. Set aside time to answer properly — the committee reads every response.
