Role: SMB Rep - San Francisco (Onsite)

Comp: $200K-$210K OTE + Equity

Team built around segment specialization with a clear path from BDR to closing roles

The role:

Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close

Run a high-velocity motion on smaller ACV deals

Balance strong outbound prospecting with a healthy inbound flow

Run clean discovery and sell directly to pain points

Get support on complex multi-stakeholder deals while you own the cycle

Requirements:

2-4 years of SaaS closing experience

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Strong outbound skills, you build your own pipeline without waiting on marketing

Clean discovery and pain-driven selling

Experience selling into financial services is a strong plus

Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
