Any additional concepts, advertisements beyond the original scope, extensive redesigns after approval, copywriting beyond minor edits, photography, illustration, or services not specifically listed above will be considered additional work and billed separately.
Work will begin once the Designer has received all required content, branding assets, and project information from the Client.

Delays in receiving feedback or materials may extend the completion date.

Based on the current project scope, the estimated time required is 4–5 hours, for an estimated project investment of $200–$250.
This estimate is provided in good faith and is not a guaranteed maximum. If the project scope changes or requires substantially more work than anticipated, the Designer will notify the Client before exceeding the estimate.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to delivery of the final print-ready files.

Additional revisions or significant changes after approval may be billed at the Designer's standard hourly rate of $50.00 per hour.
Requests outside the agreed scope—including additional ad concepts, new advertisements, substantial layout changes, or new marketing pieces—will require a separate estimate or will be billed at the Designer's hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
