Position: Technical Sales - Internship

Role Overview
We’re looking for a who can bridge the gap between technology and business. You’ll work closely with the sales and engineering teams to help prospects understand how VideoSDK can solve their technical challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding products deeply, communicating clearly, and helping developers and decision-makers see value in tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Understand client requirements and map them to VideoSDK’s technical capabilities.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide accurate technical inputs during the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, product documentation, and responses to client queries.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Maintain CRM entries and track outreach performance.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SDKs, integrations).
Requirements:
- Technical Background (BE/Btech CS/IT/BCA/Bsc IT/CS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-first attitude with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
