Senior Product Manager, Investments & Wealth
Location: Eastern Europe, Malta, India and Nigeria.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Investments & Wealth to lead the development and growth of our investment, asset management, and wealth products.
You will be responsible for shaping how customers discover, access, manage, and grow their wealth across a range of financial products and services.
This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with investment, asset management, engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to build products that are simple, trusted, scalable, and valuable to customers.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for investments and wealth management.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of investment, asset management, and wealth products.Identify opportunities across areas such as investments, stocks, savings, portfolios, and other wealth products.
Translate complex financial and investment products into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
Work closely with investment and asset management teams to turn financial strategies into scalable products.
Understand customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives to identify and prioritise product opportunities.
Own products from discovery and definition through development, launch, and growth.
Use data, research, and experimentation to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
Work with risk, compliance, legal, and operations to build products that operate effectively within regulatory requirements.
Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products and experiences.
Define and track product metrics, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, investment activity, and AUM.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and communicate product strategy clearly to senior stakeholders.

Stay current with developments in AI, financial technology, investment infrastructure, and digital wealth management.
6+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, investments, asset management, brokerage, or wealth management.
Strong understanding of financial products and customer experiences.
Experience building and scaling digital financial products.
Strong product strategy, discovery, and execution skills.
Ability to understand complex financial concepts and turn them into simple products.
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Comfortable working with data and using it to make product decisions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working across engineering, design, operations, risk, compliance, and commercial teams.
Strong interest in AI and its application to financial products.
Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make sound product decisions.
Experience in investments, asset management, wealth management, brokerage, or capital markets.
Experience with stocks, portfolios, savings, or other investment products.
Experience serving HNWIs, institutional customers, or retail investors.
Experience building products in emerging markets.Experience working with AI-powered products or financial technology infrastructure.
