Role Overview
We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer Intern to join Growth For Impact. As the first member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products, including our website and job board. If you're passionate about creating user-centered designs that drive results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop engaging user interfaces for our website and job board, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms
* Conduct user research to understand user psychology and behavior, informing design decisions that meet user needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that align with business objectives
* Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using Figma
* Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to ensure design quality and consistency
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
* Maintain a cohesive design language and visual identity
Expected Qualifications
Experience
We're open to candidates with 0-1 year of experience in UX/UI design. If you're a recent graduate or looking to transition into a design role, we encourage you to apply.
Skills and Tools
