This session offers a grounded space to explore women’s health through a simple and practical lens.
Together, we will look at the menstrual cycle in an accessible way understanding its different phases, how energy and needs may shift, and how to begin recognising patterns in everyday life.
The approach is intentionally non-clinical. Rather than overwhelming information, the focus is on clarity, observation, and small, realistic ways to support the body through daily habits, food, and simple rituals.
This is a space to reconnect, and build a more intuitive relationship with the body.
Who is guiding the session?
The session is led by two women with complementary perspectives:
Olympia Petrou
Olympia’s work is rooted in lived experience. After years of navigating endometriosis and adenomyosis without clear answers, she developed her own understanding of the body through personal research and practice. She shares this knowledge in an honest, accessible way.
Barbara Karafokas
Barbara is a holistic nutritionist with an integrative approach to health. Her work connects nutrition, hormones, digestion, stress, and lifestyle, offering practical ways to support balance in everyday life.
Together, they bring both personal insight and professional grounding.
What to expect
The afternoon will combine guided discussion, practical insights, and a more sensory, hands-on element.
