Elevate EMS - High School EMT Cohort Interest List

Welcome! This specialized, hybrid EMT program is custom-scheduled to align with the local high school academic calendar, allowing students to earn their emergency medical training without clashing with their regular school year.

This custom cohort requires a minimum of 5 participating students to launch. Joining this list signals your intent to enroll. Once 5 students have joined the list and successfully completed their tuition payments via the private link we'll send out, the class will be officially locked into our schedule.

Course orientation and online coursework will kick off on September 12, 2026, after the school year begins. Students must be at least 16 years old by the start of the program on September 12, 2026, to participate. The mandatory, in-person Skills Academy Week will take place from March 29 through April 2, 2027 in the Richmond area, completely during the local school Spring Break week.

Total program tuition is $1,500 and the required textbook is $250.

Joining this interest list is completely free and carries no immediate financial obligation. Once we cross the 5-student threshold, we will contact both students and parents via email with a formal registration link and a secure billing setup to finalize your spot.

Please note: Elevate EMS is an independent EMT education program and is not affiliated with local public school divisions. All instructors have successfully completed the background checks required by the Virginia Office of EMS to be approved as EMS education providers.

Are you a high school student in the Richmond area, or a parent/guardian filling this out for one? And, will the student be at least 16 years of age by the start of the program?
