Who We Are

Morningside AI builds and implements AI for companies that can't afford to get it wrong. Fortune 500s, NBA teams, major media groups - they come to us because we actually ship, not just strategize.

We started as a development studio. Now we're a full transformation partner: development, consulting, education. Whatever the problem requires. We've spent the last two and a half years figuring out what actually works when you put AI into production - not theory, not demos, real systems that run real businesses.

We're Looking For People Who Want To...

Build AI-powered products for enterprise clients - conversational AI, voice agents, data integrations, web applications. Often all in the same project.

You will own features end-to-end. Frontend to backend to LLM integration to deployment. Some projects need someone to architect systems and lead technical decisions. Others need someone to take a spec and ship it fast. We're hiring for both.

Must Haves

1. You work across the entire stack - backends, frontends, databases, APIs, deployment.

2. You've shipped with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar. You understand prompting, RAG, embeddings, and when to use what. Or you can prove you'll pick it up fast.

3. You use AI to multiply your output. Cursor, Copilot, Claude, custom scripts - whatever gives you leverage. Engineers who type every line by hand can't keep up.

4. You take a problem and deliver a solution. You ask the right questions, make sensible tradeoffs, and ship without constant direction.

5. You explain technical decisions to non-technical clients. You flag blockers early. You give and receive direct feedback without drama.

Nice To Haves

• Voice AI experience.

• Enterprise security (VPC, RBAC, HIPAA).

• Technical leadership.

• Consulting or agency backgrounds.

We're hiring at different levels. 3+ years shipping clean code? We want to talk. 7+ years and can own architecture for a team? We definitely want to talk.

Compensation + Benefits

We're looking for the top 1% of developers, and we pay accordingly. If you're exceptional, we'll make it work. Remote, EU preferred with US timezone overlap. Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus tied to delivery.
