We are building a global community of passionate book influencers, content creators, and reviewers who love discovering and sharing great stories with their audience. Our goal is to connect authors with creators whose content, audience, and reading preferences align with each book, creating authentic and meaningful collaborations.

How Our Collaborations Work

• Joining our influencer network is completely free. • Completing this application does not guarantee immediate collaborations. • Every application is carefully reviewed to ensure the best match between authors, campaigns, and creators. • Collaboration opportunities are shared via email with creators whose profiles best fit each campaign. • Depending on the project, you may receive a direct invitation or have the opportunity to apply for an available collaboration. • You are always free to accept or decline any collaboration opportunity. • You may participate in multiple collaborations simultaneously and organize your schedule however you prefer.


Campaign Planning

To ensure high-quality campaigns and allow enough time for content creation, BookBloomPR generally works with a minimum planning period of one month. Campaign invitations are typically sent in advance so collaborators have enough time to organize their schedules and create quality content.


Payments

BookBloomPR operates on a 50% upfront / 50% upon completion payment system whenever a collaboration includes financial compensation. Creators may choose to: Receive the full payment after completing the collaboration or receive 50% at the beginning of the collaboration and the remaining 50% upon completion.

Payments are currently processed through PayPal or European bank transfer, depending on the agreed payment method. Any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, bank fees, payment platform fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the collaborator.


Commission

BookBloomPR retains a 10% commission on each individual collaboration booked through the agency. This commission is deducted from the agreed collaboration fee before payment is issued to the creator.

The commission covers:

Client acquisition. Campaign planning and coordination. Communication between authors and creators. Administrative support. Payment processing and coordination. Campaign management and follow-up. Ongoing support throughout the collaboration.


Content & Creative Freedom

While campaign guidelines may be provided, creators are encouraged to maintain their own voice, style, and creative approach. BookBloomPR values authentic content.


Non-Compliance Policy

To maintain a professional and respectful community, all collaborators are expected to honor the commitments they accept.

• Breaching confidentiality or sharing private project information. • Failing to deliver agreed work on time without prior communication. • Circumventing the agency by negotiating or accepting direct work from BookBloomPR clients while actively collaborating with the agency. • Using AI. • Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or publicly targeting BookBloomPR, its collaborators, authors, or community members.
